01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to APK AYZ, accessible at apkayz.ws. These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and APK AYZ governing your use of the platform, your account, your gameplay, and any financial transactions you make. By registering an account on APK AYZ, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them unconditionally.

These terms apply to all players from all cities across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and everywhere else APK AYZ is accessible. They apply equally to mobile and desktop access. They apply from the moment you click "Register" and continue for as long as your account exists, including after you stop actively playing.

02Eligibility and Account Registration Rules

To register and maintain an account on APK AYZ, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. APK AYZ does not knowingly allow minors to register or play, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You must be registering for yourself alone. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from APK AYZ under any prior account registration.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information — including name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player may hold only one account on APK AYZ. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — violate these terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and the matter may be treated as attempted fraud.

APK AYZ reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03Deposits and Payment Methods

APK AYZ accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform — deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency transactions are processed and no currency conversion is offered or implied.

Accepted deposit methods on APK AYZ include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by APK AYZ, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside our control.

All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Using a payment account that belongs to another person — whether a family member, friend, or anyone else — violates these terms. APK AYZ may request proof of payment method ownership at any time and will not process withdrawals to any method not verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Deposits are credited to your APK AYZ balance instantly under normal circumstances.
• If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• APK AYZ does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to gameplay — it is your responsibility to verify amounts before confirming a deposit transaction.

04Withdrawals — How and When You Get Paid

APK AYZ processes all withdrawal requests through the same payment methods used for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified as belonging to you — the registered account holder. APK AYZ does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by APK AYZ, though large withdrawals — particularly jackpot payouts above Rs 1,000,000 — require an additional identity verification step before processing. This verification typically takes two to four hours during business hours.

• Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process within 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (IBFT) may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• APK AYZ charges zero fees on any withdrawal. Any charges from your payment provider are their own.
• Withdrawals are only available from your real money balance, not from active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements.
• APK AYZ reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, contact our support team with your withdrawal request ID. We resolve all legitimate withdrawal queries within 24 hours. APK AYZ has maintained a 100% legitimate withdrawal completion record since launch — every verified, rule-compliant withdrawal request has been paid.

05Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

APK AYZ offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards to eligible players. Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms — minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms are always displayed at the point where the bonus is offered and must be read before accepting any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply to all APK AYZ promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing bonus codes or attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a secondary account is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements on APK AYZ range from 20x to 35x depending on the offer.
• If you withdraw real money funds before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the active bonus and all associated winnings are voided automatically.
• Bonus expiry timers begin from the moment the bonus is activated, not from the deposit date. Check the expiry period before accepting a bonus.
• APK AYZ reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse or manipulation is detected.

06Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on APK AYZ — slots, live casino, Ludo, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and all others — operate according to their individual game rules which are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets. APK AYZ does not refund bets placed due to a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

Game outcomes on APK AYZ are determined by a Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator (CSPRNG) for all software-based games. Live Casino games use physical equipment — real cards, dice, and roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. The results of live games are determined entirely by the physical action shown in the video stream.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — server disconnection, game software crash, or interrupted video stream — APK AYZ will resolve the situation according to the game's specific disconnection policy. Generally, bets in progress at the time of a genuine technical failure are voided and the bet amount returned.
• If you believe a game result was incorrect, you may submit a formal dispute within 72 hours of the round ending. Disputes received after this window cannot be investigated due to log retention limitations.
• APK AYZ prohibits the use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or exploits. Use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and review of all winnings generated during the affected period.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on APK AYZ and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, permanent closure with full balance forfeiture:

• Registering more than one account on APK AYZ, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or receive withdrawals.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software tools, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Abusing bonuses — including claiming new-player offers on duplicate accounts, coordinating bonus strategies with other players to guarantee low-risk returns, or exploiting promotion terms in ways clearly outside their intended purpose.
• Engaging in money laundering activities. APK AYZ maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transaction patterns to appropriate authorities.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your location or identity while accessing APK AYZ.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing APK AYZ staff members through any communication channel.

08Account Suspension, Closure, and Dispute Resolution

APK AYZ reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been violated. Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice where the suspected violation involves fraud, money laundering, or ongoing abuse that could cause harm to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-platform message with an explanation of the reason. You have the right to appeal any suspension by contacting support@apkayz.ws within 14 days of receiving the suspension notice. APK AYZ will review all appeals within 7 business days and provide a written decision.

Where an account is closed following an investigation and a violation is confirmed, any remaining balance may be withheld if it was accumulated in violation of these terms. Where the balance was accumulated legitimately prior to any violation, APK AYZ will return it to your verified payment method after deducting any bonus funds that had not completed their wagering requirements.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-requested closures are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

09Responsible Gaming

APK AYZ takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings and include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent.

If you believe you or someone you know may be developing a problematic relationship with gambling, APK AYZ encourages you to use these tools proactively. You can also contact our support team at any time to request that limits be applied to your account or to begin a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period — this is intentional.

APK AYZ also maintains a list of players who have self-excluded from the platform. These players cannot register new accounts and any accounts identified as belonging to a self-excluded individual will be closed immediately without exceptions.

10Privacy and Data Handling

APK AYZ collects and processes personal data — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — as necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. By registering an account on APK AYZ, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you withdraw consent for data processing that is necessary for account operation, APK AYZ may be unable to maintain your account and may need to close it.

11Limitation of Liability

APK AYZ provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

APK AYZ is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical failures during gameplay, or your own device or internet connectivity issues. In the event that a technical failure results in an incorrect game outcome, APK AYZ will investigate and correct the outcome where technically feasible, but is not liable for consequential losses beyond the return of the specific bet affected.

APK AYZ is not responsible for any losses arising from your decision to gamble. Gaming involves financial risk and you accept that risk when you place bets. APK AYZ provides fair games and transparent terms — the outcomes of those games are your responsibility once you have placed a bet.

• APK AYZ maximum liability in any single incident is limited to the value of the specific bet or transaction in question.
• APK AYZ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Nothing in these terms limits APK AYZ's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

12Changes to These Terms and Conditions

APK AYZ may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and an in-platform notification will be displayed when you next log in. The date shown at the top of this page — "Last Updated" — will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of your APK AYZ account after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes made to these terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the updated terms take effect. The effective date of any update will always be stated in the notification we send.

Minor corrections — typos, formatting, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without formal notification. If you are ever uncertain whether the terms you last read are current, the most up-to-date version is always available at apkayz.ws/terms-conditions.
